PATHETIC service, if that much. Frequently late. Often they dont even show up. Entire system has always been horrible. The customer service will LIE to you about where the bus is. Their app rarely works. Charlotte, the 16th largest city in the USA and a 3rd world bus transit system. A laughing stock to anyone visiting and all who live here.

I am a frequent rider for CATS transit..Charlotte NC... LET'S GIVE IT UP for these drivers that have to put up with YOU UNRULY RIDERS, .such as yourself....I find most drivers to be professional...most will stop when they see you trying to catch the bus...I APPAULD you drivers for doing so...to some of the women drivers..STOP HAVING SUCH BAD ATTITUDES with us riders....YOU get what you put out....there are some of us riders that go to bat for you drivers...it's not fare you drivers let the freaking homeless people on for free but question us paying customers for 5 cents... you do this all the time.... I could name a few drivers...but I won't put you on blast.. Drivers please be carefule giving us riders attitudes...because you never know how your day is going to end up....IT TAKES A VERY STRONG PERSON to deal with the public...Hats off to most of the CATS drivers in Charlotte NC..
