        I recently toured The Townes at Southpark. During my new home search I have visited many communities throughout Charlotte and none compare to these residences. The only disappointment was that I could not lease as they have no available homes at this time. Adam and his team were fantastic and have me added to their move in wait list for the next available unit. If you want luxury and convenience Townes is your spot!

        The finest community to call home in Charlotte! Every detail from the architecture of the townhomes down to the appliances are exceptional and unique. I would truly recommend to anyone as communitys such as this one are hard to come by. Having a professional management and maintenance team is also a plus!
