No More Locked Doors LLC Towing

Tried to EXTORT us out of $3000. Called claiming they were contacted through Walmart to tow vehicles. If we paid $3000 on the spot boots would be removed. Walmart stated they are NOT contracted with them. Local police department (Concord NC) said they had other complaints the same night.

If I could leave 0 starts I definitely would me and family on may 10th,2023 were waiting for 5 hours and this guy never showed up we were hot, sweaty, hungry and sleepy and we just made it home around 9:00pm, I do not recommend he steals peoples money and run. We had to end calling another company to help us tow our car, I just want to say if a business refers you to him ask for a different company. He a scammer a lier a cheat and he is so rude he has 0 manners, because when you call he will answer 1 time then he will ghost you and he will run away with your money. A lot of people have experienced what we did and I hope that no one else does.

I truly and honestly wish I could leave ZERO stars! They purposely do not answer the phone, and in the 1 percent chance they do pick up they lie about the status of your tow! I even offered to pay extra and of of course they said yes to that and still didnt show up. After 3 hours still no tow or no explanation as to why. Literally HORRIBLE!

They just tried to boot my semi at Planet fitness in Concord, NC. Said Walmart doesn't allow overnight parking but I have proof I was in the gym using my monthly blackcard membership. I wasn't staying overnight. Took them 2 hours to release the boot. I stayed calm. I didn't appreciate the young dude with the locks telling me "Today's your lucky day." In a smug manner like he wanted to fight or something. I would gladly give him what he looking for if so.

If you get this company on your road side assistance cancel and ask for a different provided. Driver told me 45 mins and after 6 hours they canceled and said they can't complete the job.
