This was a great experience for myself and my family. Definitely great for releasing stress. Loved that I could play my own music. Definitely recommend.

Our 3 boys had a good time but were expecting a few more things to break. There were 3 tubs of glass bottles, 4 computer monitors, and then the car. They were disappointed the car didnt have any glass in it but loved the glass bottles. They were done with all the new items in about 15 minutes and said they would have liked more things to break. Overall a great thing to get their anger out but the price seemed a bit high for the 30 minute experience.

Drove 45mins to get to this place because Google said they were open. Get there and the door is locked and no one answering the phone.

DONT BUY A GIFT CARD. They push to sell gift cards, but they have no way for you to use them online. Ive contacted them 5-10 times myself by calling, emailing, and the contact form on their website. I've had other people try to call and email with no luck. This has been going on >6 months. I could really use a Smash room right now If that tells you how annoyed I am with the house of purge. I honestly , I think this is just a scam at this point. Thats the only explanation I have for never contacting me back no matter what I do and not allowing me to use a gift card, but still pushing gift cards on their website. Whatever you do, dont buy a gift card. Youre very, very welcome to the one star review. Im glad to see your customer service has not changed a bit. I still have not been contacted after contacting this place 20+ times. Im not unreasonable I just dont want anyone else to get scammed.You obviously take you're business very seriously lmao. :)

Would leave zero stars if I could. I called at 11:17am for a 430 pm reservation only to find out the owner never even booked it. I had a funny feeling since I called early so I even sent a reminder text of the reservation Then I get a text back at 2:24 pm saying 430 was taken and he asked if I could do 530 instead. Unfortunately, I was in an appointment. Either way, as a courtesy 530 should have been held since the owner failed to reserve 430. I called the owner at 328pm when I noticed the text and was told there are zero available slots left for the day. Just poor overall customer service. Come to find out the owner didnt even read my reminder text until 2:23pm. Do better or dont bother running a business. Customer service is everything! Luckily Tonic Rage in Concord has availability today and Im going there instead.
