BEWARE! WORX sells things on eBay directly from their company (even says WORX tools) that are treated totally differently than their tools purchased any where else. The "warranty" is not covered by WORX but by AllState who is mainly setup to handle electronics. The few bucks you may save buying their products on Ebay is all lost and more tying to get a warranty honored. In my opinion, this is a very unethical practice. The do not repond to comments left on ebay, they offer no email or phone number. Great Customer Service NOT!

It is currently 4pm EST and they claim to be open. I have now tried calling nearly 10 times to get ahold of someone through customer service and it always tells me to call back during normal business hours, which is 9am to 6pm EST. THIS IS RIDICULOUS and they are just scamming people out of their money which is even WORSE than Home Depot or Lowes because you can't ever speak with anyone! So incredibly disappointed!

Worx Customer Service and Technical support fully engaged to help after learning of my issues. Worx came through and replaced my broken unit and technical support called me and discussed my boundary wire issue. Worx mowers can mow slopes but the boundaries cannot be on a downhill slope more then 15 degrees or so. A boundary on an uphill slope is usually ok. Its an issue when turning around and going back up the hill it loses traction.

I have seen WORX brand in Walmart but never tried their product until now. I purchased the NITRO NAIL FORCE 2 n 1 20-volt Staple Gun ($120) to do some fencing around my garden and chicken run. The staples were inserted with enough pressure to penatrate the landscaping timber. VERY IMPRESSED!

When it "worx" it has the potential to be great. I have had to wire the perimeter twice (in addition to the original wiring) because the system still showed a missing wire after being spliced as directed. There were no other breaks.The first two splices worked like a charm; the third wire cut and splice did not fix the missing wire code. Even with laying the wire the appropriate distance from edges (with mulched beds) the landroid still gets hung up and needs to be retrieved. My experience with customer service has been great; especially when working out the many kinks I had initially setting up the system. Knowing what I know now, I'm not sure I would do it again. Like I said, when it works it's sweet, but lots of kinks and labor involved.
