        Took car in for an oil change last week and tire rotation. Picked up a nail on the way to work today, not their issue obviously ... went to put on my spare and not only am I missing a lug nut. But my remaining lug nuts were cross threaded to the point one wouldn't come off. Called the shop which is a couple miles away from my office, and they to told me if I wanted to pay for a tow truck they'd take a look at it. That sometimes these things happen. ... No they don't. Changing tires, and putting lug nuts on correctly and not forcing them on, ruining the threading, is not hard.

        Multiple service visit with nearly identical experience each time: hours and hours of waiting for what was suggested would only take a short time. Friendly staff, but the customer service is beyond terrible--
