Daltile Stone & Slab Center

Zero customer service. Dont even bother going to the showroom.

Had to use Daltile with because that's who the builder required. Even though their selection was much smaller than other tile places, we had a great tile expert, Ali, and we were happy with our selections. Second time we were asked to use Dal Tile we had a woman named Kristen. She was rude from the minute we walked into the showroom. She should not be in customer service. She let us know we were unwelcome and ended our appointment as soon as she could. She couldn't be bothered even writing down a grout color to go with the tile selections. Plus she just doesn't know much about tile. I brought at least 7 pics of tile that I was interested in and none of the tiles or anything remotely similar could be found at Daltile. The selection of tile is still very basic. You can get a better quality selection from Wayfair! After we left our horrible appt, we knew we had to find better tile so we went the Tile Collection and they were AMAZING and we bought tile there. All the salespeople were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The energy of the place is completely different than Daltile. AND they have the most amazing selection of tile!!! Go there!

They over charge for delivery . Customer has toy pay more just for delivery 4% more .
