WILL PUT YOU IN THE POOR HOUSE, DISHONEST. encounter with this business owner was terrible. She was very rude, dismissive, unhelpful, and pompous. First she kept canceling my appointment because I used my business name and not my personal. I thought maybe we had a small communication and still wanted to patronize her with my business and support. I arrived and called to get information on where to park. Once I arrived she and her sister were just very rude to me. Could smell Alcohol on her and sisters breath. She put me out like was some peasants after talking to me crazy and cursing at me. I sincerely believe that something is off with this woman mentally. She has no respect or patience for customers and shouldnt be doing business with people at all as she doesnt have the attitude for it. Do not trust this business. Do not go to this business. The attitude is just not worth it. 0 stars. Do not recommend. Take your money to someone that will appreciate it!!!

My wife chose this office to do 2019 federal tax form with the W7 application of ITINs for my kids. We sent the file and waited 6 months because of the pandemic. IRS sent back and refused to give my children ITINs. First, we don't know why they denied. We still wait for the tax refund but it hasn't came back so far. After that, we checked the form again and realized that the company, particularly Raymond Agnew, wrote my wife's SSN wrong and she didn't claim my kids deduction in the 1040 form when applying ITINs. That's why we haven't received any refund until now and also ITINs were denied. We wasted 200$ for that one. I really don't understand how they could charge that money for doing so carelessly. I am very upset and disappointed.
