        I realize that this tax season was incredibly busy and stressful but did not appreciate the lack of attention or timely communication. I tried to make my returns as easy as possible and had all the forms ready to go months prior to the tax deadline. Found errors on my return that netted close to $1k back in my favor that needed to be corrected
