Need to update the google site. It says that it is open but there is no brick and mortar business. The location doesnt exist I was told it is a ghost kitchen? Cater only but no one answers the phone.

Amazing customer service and an overall blessed establishment. The Vegan Gumbo and Strango drink was hitting lol. Very satisfying. It made my Birthday. Made with love. Definitely order here !!

Martine, you done yourself & NOLA proud. My wife & I moved from the Chicago area to Salisbury almost a year ago. I found your info on 73 & Main restaurant site. We havent had Louisiana cooking since early 2020 when traveling back home from our daughter who lived in Texas. We enjoyed everything & thank you for the beignets & extra shrimp on our poboy. Cant wait to try Soul Food Sunday! I highly recommend Bite Your Tongue & will pass this on to others. Thank you again for sharing this wonderful food. Well see you again soon!

This is the best NOLA food in Charlotte. That hot sausage poboy is to die for. Not to mention the gumbo and jambalaya. I lived in NOLA and i the is hard to find authentic food outside of NOLA. But, this one really hits the spot with a home run.
