I had a wonderful experience working with Universal Stone. Tracy helped me from start to finish, was very knowledgeable, and helped me make the right choice for our counters. She sent pics of slabs their warehouse had and provided some additional stone suppliers to consider as well. She adjusted her schedule and met with me at the stone yard on short notice. They had the quartzite I was looking for and the necessary machinery on site to leather it. From signing the contract, it took about a week to get templated and another two weeks to install, two days before Thanksgiving. So appreciative of everyones help and attentiveness throughout this process. The most important part - the counters are gorgeous!
