What a joke. They provide no post-sale customer service (NONE) so if you order something and it doesn't fit like it should based on the sizing charts they provide, sorry buddy! You're stuck with it. No returns - no exchanges. At this cost, there are better options available who provide the kind of basic customer support we all expect these days - do your research and shop elsewhere.

Great custom jerseys, no minimums, fair pricing, and AMAZING customer support! A group of 3 friends and I recently did an iconic ride because the official ride was cancelled due to the COVID pandemic, and we wanted to make jerseys to commemorate our accomplishment. Ascend was one of the only companies we could find who could do such a low quantity (4 jerseys). The quality of the jerseys is excellent, the design process was easy and thorough, and when we had a minor issue, they completely took care of it. Would definitely order from them again!

As the Director of Foothills Brewing Cycling Club, I have been tasked over the past three years to have our Club Jerseys Designed. I must say the Design Team at Ascend is excellent. Our Designer, Antoinette has been patient and creative, helping me with several drafts and making sure everything was perfect. The quality of our Jerseys has been excellent, customer service is responsive and the pricing was more that fair. Nicole made sure the Team Store was set up and that all deadlines for delivery were met. You won't be disappointed..
