Update 3/30/24: I have been coming here for years. I am a runner and log a lot of miles. This place continues to be the best! The staff is very knowledge, helpful and does a great job. I always leave feeling so great and continue to run strong.
The best massages Ive ever had. Everyone that I have went to has been so helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. I always feel so great afterwards. They know how much pressure to add but also make it comfortable to speak up for more or less. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Clean and simple facility. Not a lot of unnecessary layout or decor. Quiet atmosphere to get you in the right frame of mind for your appointment.

Great place to go. Afton Scott was real professional. She focused on the body parts that was hurting and wow feel like a new man today.
