    Dr Libby and her nurse spoke about me behind my back outside the room and i heard what was said. They think i didnt hear but i did. Im not gonna say what was said on here cause it was personal. But if they said what they said about me i can only imagine what other things they have said about other patients. Left me with a bad impression and never went back. If your gonna talk about your patients you need to do so where people cant hear what your saying. Especially when your speaking about the person right where they can hear you. Very Unprofessional. I wish i could leave no star.

    This is a fraudulent business. They charge 100$ deposit to schedule an appointment and they didnt give it back as promised. Ill be taking legal actions. PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO HERE

    Dr. Edwards and staff are amazing, and I highly recommend! She takes the time to listen, and explains everything thoroughly. I would give 10 stars if possible!

    I just called to make an appointment. The women I spoke with (not sure if she was the receptionist or not) not only wasn't friendly but she also confused me. She asked me what I needed to be seen for. I told her dark patches on my chin and chest. She then asked what type of insurance I had. I told her Blue Cross Blue Shield. Shen then proceeds to tell me that Dr. Edwards isn't seeing new patients at this time and that I can call back to check at a later date. Why ask me questions then tell me the Dr isn't seeing new patients. I found that odd and wondered if I answered differently would I have gotten an appointment.

    Never saw Libbie Edwards. Office staff and scheduling issues. (Edited to include a bit more info). It was over a 12 month time frame and always gave a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellations. Had to cancel once due to being in the hospital with pneumonia and twice due to Covid issues canceling childcare camps. Always 2 sides to a story. Heard great things about Dr. Edwards.

We are very sorry that you are unhappy with us. When we schedule a 75 minute appointment, it is a hardship on our office when a patient does not keep the appointment. As you know, and as you signed the acknowledgement before the appointment was scheduled, we collect a $100 deposit that is refunded on the day of your visit when you come. This is done to help ensure that you keep your visit or allow us time to schedule another patient. We also left you an advance reminder of your visit. If you do not cancel within 2 business days, you forfeit your deposit. But, as you also know, we refunded your deposit.

I apologize for your experience with our receptionist. One of our two Providers left this month and we are overwhelmed. You were asked those questions because we made a decision to only accept low-income patients and genital dermatology patients (our specialty) at this time since so few dermatologists in the area see these patients. Our first responsibility is to our existing patients. We hope to catch up and begin to see new general dermatology patients in the future.

Ms. Kyprianou was scheduled for 4 separate appointments with our clinic over a greater than 6 month period. One of these had to be cancelled due to our short closing for the COVID crisis, but the other three were scheduled and then cancelled with little or no advance notice by the patient. This makes efficient, convenient care for our other existing patients difficult.
