I was shopping when I witnessed attempted credit card fraud. The manager was professional but stood her ground; good job

I shopped at this store for years customer service has always been great. Im shopping Saturday and ask one of the workers about a shoe she was very polite and was answering all my questions the manager however was very rude and unprofessional took her almost 10 minutes to find my other shoe for her to tell me she dont have the shoe and another worker goes right to the shoe very unprofessional i want be shopping here at this location anymore

The staff here sure does like to ignore their customers. Literally no one around to help, and the ones that are make every excuse not to help.

I thought because this place was named shoe department "Encore" that it would be better than the regular shoe department, I was wrong.
