Once &awhile I stop by to browse, have learned not to bother when it came to selling clothes however both the University and Huntersville locations sell items that are ripped, have holes and are stained. For the hoops they have people jump through for "wear and tear" on clothing, they sure don't do a great job inspecting things before they throw it on a hanger.

The person that took my clothes was not personable. Also, when giving me thre instructions she spoke so fast I had to ask her to repeat. I also know they did not go through my bags. They took what was on top of one of my bags. Also, they was done within 20 minutes or so when they tell you it takes about 1 hour+. She also told me to take it to another Plato my stuff will probably be better there. I tried not to take this personal. I took the $18 and left. I will not return.

I want to Start off saying, how can individuals with out real style choose what to buy? Seriously I'm not trying to be funny but look at your staff they SHOULD represent your retail space. With that being said I understand the younger individuals are still maturing but when you are in a customer service environment you should give just that great customer service!. This establishment is probably taking a hit financially because you have non trendy with no fashion sense whatsoever accepting items that aren't selling so this has really made me want to Start my own consignment store and show you how it's really done! SEE YOU ON THE OTHER SIDE!

The manager With the RED HAIR AND GLASSES IS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL HER AND THE YOUNG BLACK LIGHT SKINNED GIRL POCKETED MY CASH RIGHT IN MY FACE TALKED TO ME LOUD AND RUDE BECAUSE I DIDNT UNDERSTAND THE REFUND PROCESS !!!! RED HAIR FOUR EYED MANAGER HAS GIVEN ME A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THE LAST 3 times I HAVE BEEN THERE THIS STORE IS GOING DOWN HILL VERY FACE POOR MANAGEMENT AND BAD STAFF
