        Vans store locations in charlotte are always on top of customer service. I order online and return at a shop. They make it easy everytime I bring in a return or exchange. The positive attitude on the staff puts off a good vibe

        Ive been to this shop a handful of times within the past year. Each time has been nothing short of a pleasure! Ive tried on dozens of shoes here and made a purchase or two. Theres never any pressure to make a purchase after trying on shoes, and the staff are always very patient and knowledgeable. Most recently, I ordered a pair online and had an issue with the fit. One of the employees, Megan, took a look and had it figured out in no time. I dont see myself purchasing shoes from any other brand anytime soon. What a bunch of rockstars!
