        My 6 year old and I came in to fax some documents. We were immediately greeted with warm hellos and quick service. The UPS specialist engaged my son in conversation while assisting me. He was so excited that he accidently hit his arm against the counter. Prior to this he asked me to take him to chili's. The specialist heard our convo and heard him whimper due to his bump up. She discretely placed something in his hand and said I had to take him to chili's. We thanked her and walked out. My son looked at the gift and said Mama, I want to give her a hug. She was so moved by his gesture. Awesome service with warm hearted staff. We're at chili's now where my son is enjoying his lunch thanks to the amazing woman at UPS. Thank you!!
