        My favorite UPS store in Charlotte. The staff is super nice and helpful, they are always quick and efficient. They dont try to nickel and dime you for everything like most stores. Its super clean too.

        I go OUT of my way to use this specific UPS storethey are always so helpful, kind, and give wonderful customer service. I will continue to only come here, any time I need to ship something. Cant recommend enough

        I have to ship things out all the time for my job, meaning I'm at this UPS store almost everyday. Arti, Moo, and Vanessa are absolutely amazing at what they do. They're kind, efficient, and go above and beyond to help their customers. USPS delivered one of my packages to who knows where and Arti chased them down to get my package for me. I cannot be more appreciative for this team!
