Dear Ms. Hodges, we were pleased to have you as a customer and we hold nothing bad against you for terminating your service agreement with us. We are however saddened to read this review that to our view does not reflect what happened. From March 02, when you opened an account with us to June 30, when you cancelled your service, we processed 94 pieces of mail and packages for you. And during that period, the only time you found our door closed was June 16 on a day we had to take care of some administrative matters with the Postmaster at the local post Office. At the time you requested that we waive the pick up fee because of the inconvenience and we did that out of courtesy. Our records indicate you requested cancellation of your service on June 12, with effect June 30. It is surprising then that you pointed to that incident as the reason for terminating your service when in fact the request predates the incident. If there were other issues, you certainly never brought that to our attention.Concerning the holding of your mail, by federal law we cannot receive mail of your behalf once your service cancellation was effective. The staff member said yes to your request for us to provide free service to you as a matter of courtesy being that you had been a customer. However that could not be done because we would have had no protection under the law. As a small business or any business for that matter, good customer service is key and we are keenly aware of that, so we endeavor to provide the best services we can for our customers. And when we go wrong, we are willing to address the issues. We believe many of our customers appreciate that.Once again thank you for being a valued customer.

We would appreciate if you would tell us what we did or did not do to elicit this feedback. We certainly do provide the services we are set up and advertise for.

We are Sorry for what happened. Unfortunately, you are the only complaining. However, Something is not right. DO you have any account with US? We do not recognize you, we tried to look for your name , and we did not see any Lady J. Please, call the company you register with. If anything let us Know.
