If you have the ability to find another AV provider, save yourself some time and money and do that. Charlotte Sound and Visual sold my company on a large Crestron conference room solution, which works well, but getting anyone from Charlotte Sound and Visual to support their equipment, visit onsite for equipment updates, etc is extremely difficult. Ive had at least 4 technicians that I work directly with that have left the company, then Im left in the dark as old email addresses arent forward and numerous messages left with anyone thatll respond fall on deaf ears. Its unfortunate, this company was great to work with when we first bought the system, but customer service has fallen off a cliff.

This business is so professional! The installation was amazing for my conference room and they were quick to get the job done in my short time frame. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Charlotte Sound & Visual Systems is a great organization to work with. They have excellent pricing and truly care about their clients. I would highly recommend them if you need audio video conference room projectors, cameras, sounds systems, etc..
