        I called to speak to a representative about a lockout countdown on my device. The representative gave me a location that I cant go to because its in the next state over (NC/SC). I had to leave work to try and make it in time just to be informed I cant be serviced out of state. I called back to try and find a solution to avoid lockout because they close at 5 and I was sent way out of the way and itd be impossible to make it in time. My request was to see if it was possible if a technician could stay a little bit later until I got there because the representative sent me to the wrong location. While on the phone I had to come to the conclusion there was nothing they could doand it was THEIR ERROR. There was also no solution offered either. The representative didnt even bother to even possibly check for me.
