This stems from Hurricane Florence 2018. I have been trying since April 2020 to work with Elevate to have the dormers repaired. The subcontractor hired by Elevate admitted to their part in the damage. The sub crew also removed 3 sills and threw the away. I found one. Elevate asked for the sill and said that they would have new ones milled. They came over and picked it up. Now where they are. Now they say they don't Elevate has said I went behind their back and hired one of their subcontractors. Not true. I am only giving a brief summary of what occurred. Service: Roof repair
