Caleb was very helpful and courteous from the very beginning as we were trying to file the claim for hail damage with Allstate. He showed up twice for our roof inspection because Allstate stood us up the first time. Courtney was very responsive as well with the communication process, always answering my questions promptly. I decided to pay for my own roof and it was one of the best decisions for the house. The roof looks great. Everyone was professional. Everything was done within a day. I am very happy with Merritt Roofing. Also their guidance in finding a better insurance provider than Allstate was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Merritt to those who are thinking about replacing their roofs.

I can't say enough about the Merritt team. They're awesome! Caleb and Courtney have helped us replace our roof, as well as many of our neighbors. Not only do they do great work, they help customers navigate the insurance claims process and stand by their work, ensuring any issues are addressed if they arise after a repair or replacement. After the last storm we had to replace the roof of the house due to some heavy damage. to do it through the insurance company was supposed to be a difficult job. But after talking to Caleb and Courtney at Merritt Roofing, I was set at ease. Caleb and Courtney explained with great detail the steps we needed to take to get the project done. They were always available to guide us to the process, from the first inspection to the job completion. Courtney was also very helpful make sure we understood all the paperwork needed to get the project through the insurance company All in all a great job.
