I dont understand the negative reviews. They seem more geared towards the bureaucracy than the actual office. My son is doing so great since starting physical therapy here. I trust his therapist and feel like hes getting the help he needs.

When I brought my toddler son to see Dr. Jefferson for hearing tests and hearing aid fittings, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Dr. Jefferson has not only demonstrated exceptional professionalism but also a remarkable level of kindness and approachability that put both my child and me at ease. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and ensures that every question I have is answered to my satisfaction. I am genuinely grateful for the outstanding care weve received from her. Thank you, Dr. Jefferson, for going above and beyond for our little ones well-being!

Our PT canceled morning of appointments more than once. As a result, our son has not received services for over a month since he was evaluated. Needless to say, we left.

Abysmal service. We have been trying to get scheduled for testing for over a month and have yet to even be able to speak with someone. Leaving a callback number/message is functionally useless. The referring Dr.'s office has called and faxed repeatedly with only slightly more success; the lady responsible for appointments was out and they never called back as promised. I haven't attempted wasting my time by driving there in person but I may have to in order to get any chance of my child being seen. I also reached out to the feedback line regarding this matter. They claimed they would speak with the site admin regarding the lack of communication and have them reach out, but that disappeared into the ether as well. Their phone may as well be unplugged. If you are referred here push back and request literally anyone else; don't waste your time.
