Eastwood Homes Build On Your Lot & Design Center

Started our journey with Eastwood to build a home on our lot. Amazing support so far from Yesenia Alston. She worked with us patiently while we figure out the right home that fits in our budget. She went above and beyond to read through all HOA Docs, CCRs to identify right home that we would be able to build in that neighborhood. We are happy to get into contract now and looking forward to see the beautiful home built soon... can't wait!!!

If you don't go over the house throughly b4 signing off. It isn't being done. Watch the cement work, it's horrible.

If I could give negative stars, thats what I would be doing right now. Megan seemed sweet and nice until boom I realized that 90% of what she told me was in fact lies. Imagine picking out an entire door thats not even on your plan. Then asking at the studio and through emails that we need 220v in our kitchen and she reassured us both in person and in email that this was already included. Now come a year later to have work done at our home and there is no 220v. Then the audacity of her to say she never had such a conversation with us then a couple weeks later I found the very email where she states this. These are only two things but I would typing all day if I had to list them all. I however, believe these individuals are trained by Eastwoods to lie since they dont address any of the wrongs by their staff.

Kathy was AMAZING! If I could give her more then 5 stars I would. She was very patient with my husband and I. She also gave us her opinion about certain things but reminded us that the choice is ours. She was very knowledgeable and covered every alternative option available in our home. Her professionalism was extraordinary. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome & would recommend her 100%.
