I would recommend Mission Home Buyers to anyone looking to sell their house who doesn't have time or desire to perform necessary repairs themselves. They gave me a fair price and I had absolutely no closing fees. I walked away with exactly what was offered minus a few months of taxes for the year. They are very professional and are prompt and courteous when answering my questions.

They could be good people however, they spam your phone. Had a call from them at night which was a hang up, and then the next morning. Claim they purchased a home near me. Well, which one? They don't know. Edit from OP, sure let me get your home number so I can reach out at night and hang up, then I can call back the next day similar to other scam calls. Legit business use the postal service to "reach out" and not cold call people.
