We just sold our home on Singletary lane with Heather at Emminger Realty. The process was made easy with such an attentive and thorough realtor. Heather went above and beyond our expectations being proactive and available for our questions and concerns during each step of selling our home. We highly recommend her to do a wonderful job. She offered to help when we needed it from beginning to end she was a true professional. It was nice to know she always had our best interest in mind at all times. Heather was awesome from start to finish! When it came time to make an offer on my long term home, she took a complex transaction in a hot market and made it seem easy. Her professionalism and extensive knowledge about structural integrity, the housing market, and all things throughout the transaction helped make it easy for me to make decisions on my must haves and my can-do-withouts.
