If you are one of the hundreds of people moving to Charlotte from out-of-state and need a true local expert to help you navigate the Queen City and find a new home, hes your guy. We were in a bit of a rush, and Chris went all in and made sure we were able to find the right home and close on it ASAP. Were talking 19 DAYS! He and his wife Stacey coordinated everything so smoothly, all the showings, offers, going through the buying process, all the paperwork Theyre an amazing team. Some minor issues popped up during inspection and final walkthrough, and Chris handled them like the pro he is and negotiated a bit off the purchase price. After we closed, Stacey even gifted us with a painting she made of our new home! Were just in awe and deeply grateful for the dedication, professionalism, and personalized service they provided.

My partner and I have purchased and sold several homes using other realtors. Working with the Carter Group was far and away the best realty experience I have had. Chris and Stacy absolutely had our backs throughout the entire process and we never felt pressured or misled. They are professional and super easy to work with. Chris was able to help us navigate the difficult Charlotte housing market and get us a house we liked, in a short time period, at a price we were comfortable with. The house we ended up closing on was our second choice, after Chris uncovered issues with the first one we found. These issues would have cost us a lot of money in the long run, and we could not be happier with the house we ended up with. Chris and Stacy made buying our home painless! They handled obstacles that arose seamlessly and we were cleared to close with time to spare. Chris was able to guide us through a multi-offer situation and negotiated repair terms even beyond what we'd hoped for.
