Matt Stevens is the most patient, knowledgeable realtor one could hope for. He has worked with an associate of mine for years, helping to acquire several personal and investment properties successfully. He has worked patiently with my husband and I as well, even though there have been a couple of road blocks and we have had to postpone our search. He continues to check in on our situation and goes out of his way to provide resources and assistance however he can. When the time finally comes for us to buy, Matt will be our guy!

If you want personal attention and attention to details then Matt is your guy. He has a real sense of what your looking for, and he is wonderful at the art of the offer Matt worked with us on a personal home purchase and an investment property; both different kinds of purchases but he had excellent advice on both!
