Can I give 6 stars? Liz Koelling went above and beyond in helping us find our home across the country. She is a great communicator, really understood what we were looking for, and provided great recommendations for us being new to the city! She helped us with ways to make our offer more competitive and was always honest with where we stood. It always seemed like we were her only client even though I knew we weren't. We couldn't be happier where we ended up and most of that is thanks to Liz and her work!

I loved working with Abby of the Matt Stone to purchase my home in Charlotte. Abby was incredibly responsive, thorough, and overall just enjoyable to work with. She helped negotiate the terms of my offer super well, and she along with the whole closing team at Matt Stone were all very communicative, transparent, fast, and helpful throughout the closing process. Liz is an absolute rock star. My journey as a home buyer was a roller coaster ride, but Liz made the process not only bearable, but enjoyable. I found Liz after my original realtor and I did not work out, and I immediately knew that we were a good fit. I was in the market for an extended period of time waiting on the perfect house, and never once felt rushed or hurried by Liz. Instead, she encouraged me to take my time. Not only did I want to find the perfect house, but Liz also wanted to find me the perfect house. Liz made herself almost immediately available at any of my requests to see properties. If she couldnt show it herself, she made sure to have her assistant show it. She gave sound advice about each property that we looked at. She had my complete trust. When the perfect house did come my way, Liz fought hard for me against other offers. While I was under contract, interest rates significantly dropped without me knowing. Liz talked with my lender to see if he could match the current rate. When this lender was unable to do so, she contacted other lenders to see what needed to be done to lower my interest rate. Again, this was all work done in one day with me not finding any of this out until Liz had come up with a solution to the problem. Liz got my interest rate dropped by 1.5%, saving me $500/month. This is something that not many realtors would have gone above and beyond to do. Liz is knowledgeable, persistent, professional, encouraging, realistic, and overall wonderful to work with. Im very thankful for all that she did for me.
