We worked with Peter M. (In NC) on a 17.5 acre parcel that were following for nearly a year, that had come off the market. Peter was able to bring the sellers back to the table after we sold our house and broker a deal. Even though he was the sellers realtor, he treated us professionally. He was responsive, honest and ethical. We probably would not have ended up with this property were it not for him. THANKS PETER!

Paul helped us find a piece of property a few years ago, but warned us before showing it to us that the property had a title issue. Took a few years and I would email him approximately once or more per month, but he stuck with us every step of the way. Knowing the price we paid and the usual percentage a realtor charges, he wasnt doing it for the money. Truly a nice person.
