In the middle of a home buying process with Nicole Hendrickson and its been a nightmare. 10/10 do not recommend. Im going to have to back out of an offer that weve been processing for two weeks because the realtor was dishonest and pushed to proceed past things that needed to be addressed at the offer stage. I take ownership in not using my gut instincts but I trusted her. When the inspection came there was additional concerns, namely the foundation and grading work that the builder was supposed to complete more than a week ago. The realtor didnt have any negotiation skills then proceeded to refer to me as hostile when I have been nothing but kind and professional. Of course Im upset, Im out of money for this offer that we now see the builder will not move on and I have a realtor and brokerage who let this happen. By the way not my first home purchase so thats how I knew to pull back when this stuff wasnt getting done. Adding comments from call with broker in charge: Sandy called today and was of no assistance. Early in the process Nicole told me Sandy was her best friend so it came to no surprise that Sandy would call on the defense for Nicole. Sandy told me I was going around in circles as I was trying to stare my concerns. Then she proceeded to call me hostile which must be language they use with all their upset clients. Imagine calling a client hostile because theyre upset they no longer have a home to buy after a month of working with the realtor and two weeks of being in loan processing. I am not moving forward with this agency due to their lack of respect for buyers and dishonesty. I highly encourage ppl to research your realtor before working with them no regardless of if theyre referred by someone you know.

Tim Rohan is knowledgeable and THOROUGH when pricing your property. He works hard to field offers, and implicitly trust his judgement. Alyce Walker knows her real estate, too. Not only does she work her contacts to sell your property, she also calms your fears, and helps you make sure nothing with your move falls through the cracks. I trust her judgement/opinions almost as much as I do my own! Tammie Maxey supports Tim and Alyce and even helps the client with filings and such. You can NOT go wrong with this agency! Either buying OR selling. Call them. You will see how rapidly they respond; and you will see what I mean!

I have had a very bad experience with a realtor/property manager who works here. Be careful!
