Nathalie at Bee Home Solutions is AMAZING! My wife and I have never experienced such attention from a realtor, which was very refreshing. I bought my first home 2 years ago and had a horrible experience with Mike and Bee Home Solutions. When you first walked into the house it looked great and so I decided to put in my bid. Upon closing, none of the due diligence was completed. I moved into the home without having heat as the gas line had rusted out (happens over time no biggie) and Mike was supposed to have it replaced prior to my moving in. It took a month before I could get the gas line repaired so I could begin using the heat in my house. Only reason why it got done that fast was because I wrote 2 letters threatening with legal action. The house was advertised as having a fireplace (which it did/does) and after signing paperwork I was told they were not comfortable hooking the gas line to it as it was a vent-less fireplace and they didn't feel it was safe. Having worked in construction during college, we would have ensured that if the fireplace wasn't safe, it was removed from the home prior to opening it up for purchase. The fireplace finally got hooked up not because Katherine or Mike called their HVAC guy but because I called and gave him a deadline to get it completed in. He then tried to hand me the bill which I told him Bee Homes was paying for this which seemed to confuse him. If you see a home is being sold from these people, stay away. I still have heating issues in my house and now I'm finding the carpet after 2 years is starting to string up and smell (I vacuum at least once a week and once a month use carpet cleaner powder). The only thing that was good about the renovation they did before my purchasing was the yard which they didn't touch. Avoid this place at all costs.

I've worked with Mike and Katherine on several projects. These guys are great! They truly know how to turn a house into a beautiful home for their buyers and an excellent investment for their clients. I Highly recommend as a home management, renovation, and investment solution!
