We are extending the drive way as well and the patio in the back yard. We were told he delivery of conference will be delivery at 1030AM. The truck didn’t show until 1230-1PM. Poor communication is one. We’ve hired our own contractors to handle the concrete. The delivery driver kept falling asleep in the middle of pouring the concrete. The concrete is all drying so fast. When I called to complain and get some type of help I get someone who doesn’t know how to listen. I’ve explained to whomever I spoke to, I’m assuming is the owner…he loves to interrupt people while I’m explaining what the issue was. He didn’t seem to care. We’ve paid good money to have this company supply concrete for us to have to go back out and spend more money because of concrete drying to fast and horrible customer service from this company on both ends. From the delivery driver to the owner. As a veteran this is absurd that companies treat paying customers this way. Never again will I use nor recommend them to delivery anything.
