I would give this place zero stars if I could. The entire experience was stressful and it's not even done. It's the opposite of what a therapeutic relationship/experience should be. Shame on Melissa Elder and her practice. I sought her out understanding she would be beneficial for a somatic type therapy. She was super vague with what insurance did or did not cover. It wasn't until another provider of mine asserted her methods were confusing did she rectify the situation. I havent been a client for months now and have been forced to continue to deal with them. It's laid back, but not in a good way. I would advise going anywhere else.
