One of the best doctors I've been to! He always told me I could do anything and worked with me through my thoughts and a lot of talking. Even though he's a psychiatrist he does take the time to listen. I've since moved and stoped seeming him.

I love how this office has conveniently removed ALL of my reviews of Dr. Brar. Thats because they know Im being truthful. I have thankfully found a WONDERFUL new Dr who actually takes the time to listen with empathy, is professional and not mocking or accusatory, REALLY understands my struggles and the challenges Im dealing with. Oh, and my new Dr. doesnt hang up on you or yell at you either.

A dear friend introduced me to Dr. Brar in 2021. I had never seen anyone for my mental heath before and didn't know what to expect. I immediately felt that Dr. Brar is personable, warm and easy to open up to. I have never felt judged as he is compassionate and empathetic. I would highly recommend his care.

My son came to Dr Brar when he was in middle school. We were dealing with insolence, anxiety, low self esteem and aggression that were taking a toll on his education. He had no focus at school and we were continuously reaching out to other parents to fix his missing work. It had come to a point that no one would take our calls. Dr. Brar explained to us that there is no shortcut. There are clinical symptoms that he can help .. but we need to manage the behavioral symptoms at home as per his guidance. It took an year of ups and down but we could see change. His grades were up, self esteem up and he was looking forward to go to school. Dr. Brar supported all throughout. My son graduated high school, graduated collage with Computer Science, and now has offer from a major bank as Software Engineer. He has been a life changer. Never thought we'll see this day.
