It really does stink when a psychiatrist cant figure you out because you have a complex medical history that they dont understand. It also stinks when you have an undiagnosed *autoimmune disease* and struggling daily to get to appointments. What stinks the most is when Dr Lord decides that youre missing appts because youre looking for attention with all your physical symptoms. I could not physically get the therapy. I pushed myself and actually attending a behavior health program all day for 2weeks but since I had not gotten to any tx appts with Anne-Marie Cummings, I was considered truant. So glad that I moved on and I never want to see this man again. PS- I had hypothyroidism and freaking omicron. But that was just for the attention.

Dr. Lord is a very smart and knowledgeable psychiatrist, the best I have ever had. He is very careful to monitor blood levels and side effects and to stay current on all of non-psychiatric medical issues and medications to ensure there are no potential interactions. He works closely with my psychologist to ensure they are on the same page. They make a great team. He actively listens to feedback and encourages me to talk freely. He does not judge and truly wants to help. In times of crisis, he is right there protecting and defending me. He gets my buy-in before making any changes. It is easier to stick to the plan when involved in creating it and when I know my doctor trusts me. Dr. Lord genuinely cares about his patients and is committed to improving their lives.
