Northwood Ravin

Horrible service, apartment unit flooded due to property manager negligence and NWR cant even take a call to discuss. They continue to pass off the issue to the property manager who isnt going to uphold both options of delay in occupancy due to the known malfunctioning washer flooding half my unit causing the floating floor to contain standing water, water damaged drywall and sheet rock as well as drip down to the first floor electrical, mechanical closet. Tech arrived on site smelling of alcohol and deemed it a non emergency and that itll be handled tomorrow. Property manager stating unit is livable yet wont provide a remedial solution. Living with water under water proof flooring and running dehumidifiers is considered livable to them.

Being a new hire at Northwood Ravin I have the pleasure of serving under an incredible leader known as Mark Stressman! He has shown his skills in the most professional manor with personality and a warm welcoming demeanor! He is incredibly knowledgeable about NWRs product and he truly cares about our residents, employees and vendors alike! Im proud to say I work with such nice, likable guy who goes above the call of duty everyday. A big salute to you Mr Stressman!
