Taylor helped us buy our first house. We had a million questions and she was very patient and answered them all and gave us space to figure out what we wanted. She was super responsive and communicative throughout the process and was very friendly and easy to work with.

I'm sure Taylor is an excellent real estate agent. The point of this review is to go over the property management portion of her business. I was a tenant for two years for a home Taylor managed. Problem is, she has a hands off approach for management and relies on her father to manage properties for her. *Be wary if Taylor promises anything as this may change if her father (Mike Kastner) dictates this* Due to Mike's irresponsible behavior as a property manager, the landowner had to pay out of pocket for a roof repair. Signs of roof damage were shown within the first few months of our stay. The upstairs room was completely uninhabitable for a year due to severe mold issues making the air quality dangerous to breathe in. After conveying and showing Mike these issues, his response was "I can't find where the leak is coming from if there even as one." Mike Kastner took it upon himself to act as an expert in mold and home repairs. In all of his expertise he threw a dehumidifier in an open space underneath the house with high hopes that this would alleviate his work... Long story short, after a year, I finally had a break from constant military training and was able to address this issue with Mike. He finally sent someone out there and his personal handyman found evidence of a leak from the roof within the first 5 minutes. The insurance adjusters came and stated if this were brought up a year ago when we originally brought it up to Mike Kastner, they would have covered this but due to Mike's neglect the landlord had to pay out of pocket for this one. As you can already guess there were plenty of other issues between us and the TK team (Mike Kastner). Taylor gets one star due to her lack of responsibility for taking ownership as this is her company and not her father's. Especially as we reached out to Taylor in hopes that she would try and get a handle on this... Needless to say she did not as her father clearly owns this company through influence and potentially, through manipulation. For anyone interested in using the TK team for property management... Please be wary as Taylor is very sweet and probably ignorant of her father's reckless behavior. Her father on the other hand, who will be managing your home, is another story. Cheers!
