        Tried to sell me a home they didn't have the title to. When I asked how much it would cost to get the title the response was that they have spent a lot of money trying to get it but it just wasn't possible. Now how was I eventually after spending thousands of dollars supposed to legally own this home if they don't have the title? I was told by an attorney that what they were doing is fraud. Still waiting to see if my deposit is returned.

      Hi Bianca,We charged you a standard $60 application fee. Not thousands of dollars.We do have the deed to sell the home. All of our homes are sold legally.Please reference the documentation you received from us with any further questions. We appreciate your interest in our program.
