Sawyer Simpson is really easy to work with. He is really good when it comes to handling your phone calls. Our house was sold and we had to move out, so I was constantly calling with many questions and he had patience and throughly answered all my concerns I had for each question I asked. He is a kind person and really easy to work with!

Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT sign a lease with this company. I really do not even know where to begin. Maintenance never comes, even after putting in multiple request and calling several times. The only way you can speak with anybody is if you go to the office in person. They wont respond to emails or call back. Im serious when I say this is possibly the worst rental company available in Charlotte, NC. Absolute joke. Attached are photos of my house that has been like this for MONTHS because they wont come out and fix it. Part 2. Of how awful this company treats the people who rent from them. February 5 I moved out of my disgusting house rented from Bridge Homes. It is now April 8th and we have yet to receive our refund check. Every time I call Im told a new story with the check. Not only are we getting charged $350 for carpet cleaning, EVEN AFTER I SENT THEM THE RECEIPT OF A PROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANER AND AFTERWARDS THE HOUSE LOOKED BETTER THAN BEFORE WE MOVED IN. So instead on the original $1500 we were supposed to receive, theyre giving us a whole whopping $500 return. This place is unacceptable how they treat the people who keep them in business. Kristin Gotta, Sawyer, or anybody else who works in the Charlotte office does not actually care about any of the residents. Theyre at work to collect a check and never actually do anything useful. Pathetic company

Working with Sawyer at Bridge homes for the last years has been a pleasure. He was always willing to help set up appointments for any of our needs. He also made the move out process easy. Wish we could have stayed in the home if the owners had not decided to sell the property. Thanks again Sawyer and Bridge homes for making our rental experience flawless.
