These people dont give a dam* about any problems you have that happens in your house. THEY TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY FOR ANYTHING THAT HAS TO BE FIXED. DONT ever rent with these ignorant pigs. They dont have any actual licensed business workers that they are contracted with they have random men show up to your house, never on the day or time told and have to be asked multiple times when the person is coming bc they never come when scheduled. They never answer the phone, only way to contact is email so dont even waste time calling, then you get a response 2-3 days later at that. They will constantly threaten you, constantly rude, constantly threatening to take you to court. I could list so many other things, dont waste money or time with this disgusting most awful agency to rent through

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the entire team at K2 Real Estate Group for their outstanding assistance. From the moment I submitted my application until the day I moved in, the transition was flawlessly executed. Over the years that I have been a client of K2 Real Estate Group LLC, I have never personally encountered any negative experiences with the company. Any time I reach out to them they respond right away by via email, phone, portal or even text. In the past, I have rented from various other Property Management Companies and unfortunately, I have had numerous unpleasant encounters, ranging from delayed repairs to moving into an unclean home. However, I refrained from leaving any reviews as I believed that these experiences were unique to me and did not want to cause any unnecessary trouble for others. We worked everything out internally. Let's say in general, if an individual were to apply for a rental and subsequently get denied, becoming frustrated and seeking a refund, it is crucial to remember that the responsibility lies solely with oneself. It would be unfair to hold anyone else accountable for the state of one's credit. Ultimately, it is our personal obligation to manage our credit effectively. Another example; you apply for a home and it gets rented however the company offers you another home. You wait to respond and it gets rented. Now there isn't another home that meets the qualifications set fourth by your application. You become frustrated you leave a bad review before you stop think. Homes getting rented is out of ones control. Homes rent fast. I lost many along the way. One of the company's that approved me and gave me 24 hours to pay the deposit and 72 hours to sign the lease or it would all canceled. Granted I never put in an application before I seen any of the homes I applied for. I wanted to make sure it was a good fit for me and my family before I paid money. I followed the directions given to ensure I didn't loose the home. Repairs are a vital aspect of maintaining homes. However, it is not always the fault of the owners for the lack of repairs. They may become disheartened by witnessing people mistreating their properties. Suppose you rent a home and all the window screens are intact except one in the master bedroom and there is a cracked double pained window in the living room. Since it does not affect your living conditions, some owners may not consider it a necessary repair. It is understandable that some people may feel upset about this, but it is important to consider the perspective of the homeowners as well.

Havent even did true business with this company and am already not pleased with the lack of professionalism and the lack of urgency, I paid $55 for an application just for the place to already have an approved application, then when asked if there was another property I was interested in, it also had an approved application, and Im out of $55 with no avail. Thanks Penny and Joy for helping me get no where fast, as if you guys cant see nor have the documentation showing whats available or not. Its a clear run around and thats fine. Whats meant for me will be for me, As

After applying for a rental, the approval email said I had 24 hours to wire them a security/holding deposit otherwise I risk losing the rental. Then, first months rent would be a cash transfer at a choice of convenience stores. Incredibly suspicious. I refused to do anything until I signed a lease. I offered to go to their office and sign a lease and pay. They didnt agree to this or send me a lease but offered a site visit. I did some digging and it does look like this company used to be MW Properties Realty Group that lost their brokerage license back in 2019. Same location, same facebook account different name, one employee used to work under the old company. Taking the other reviews into account, I cant imagine what a nightmare actually renting from them would have been.
