Our stay was wonderful, the apartment was so clean and comfortable! Just a few minor things, master bedroom, there is multiple remotes but none worked with the TV. We had to use the ruko remote we download on our phones. second bedroom, there should be a TV in there for better comfort for guests. bathrooms, there was no tissue, except 3/4 used roll on the holder in one and 1/2 a roll in the other. We went out and purchased a small package since we were here for 4 days. master bathroom, the sink drawers are very dirty! Long hairs in some, just doesnt match the rest of the apartment that looks immaculate! trash, the email was a bit confusing when it explained where to throw trash as we are above the leasing office and across from us in the middle is the pool. The trash was across the street by the storage garages. And the last thing I wanted to mention was, parking, in the email it stated we would have two parking's left of the leasing office. There was absolutely no parking anywhere close. It was either park over in the parking area between the pool and building 3120 or in Outback parking lot, which thats where we parked since it was closer to the apartment. Other than these few things, our stay was great! Would recommend and revisit!

Lovely management and we stayed in a great apartment complex in South Park. Nice alternative to hotel or a home-based STR. Chris was patient and helpful. Would recommend.

This Reluxme property is an excellent Charlotte choice for its convenient location, safety and comfortable amenities. Perfect for someone who wants a more homelike feel for a longer stay while in the area. Reluxme customer service is also very helpful and responsive. We stayed here for 3 weeks and I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.
