Staff is very friendly and courteous. Dolly in particular is wonderful. Edit: The house they rented to me was literally sinking into the mud. Mold and fungus sprouted everywhere. The house now sits condemned. Further, after I employed the cleaning company RPM recommended and their property manager passed our exit inspection, they still refused to return our security deposit and sent us to collections for "additional charges". I get it. All landlords are parasites. But these guys crossed several lines. Buyer beware.

Once you go through the lease signing process you understand why their reviews are so high. Very thorough and professional. Both were very down to earth and made you feel comfortable from the get go.
