I have had a fantastic experience with Day'ton Capers at Robyn's Glen. He has helped with everyone we need and very knowledge with all of our questions. I highly recommend him and his entire team!!

The same old Henderson company that will charge you extra fees for everything and takes days to respond. There was an error with one of my payments and they charged a 7% fee. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ive had the least favorable experience with this company. My account was processed multiple times, as if multiple payments were made- the company then issued a refund. The company switched from Henderson Association to Real Manage- I looked into my account and kept seeing an increased balance. It was then informed to me (after I inquired) that the refund payment was an error (months after being issued), and that a payment was immediately due to correct the balance. The company was not apologetic for the error that THEY made or confusion. This is rather unprofessional and inconvenient. This does not include the other issues I have had with them.

RealManage, who used to be Henderson Association Management, is incapable of meeting any reasonable expectations for our community association. They overcharged our association for 4 years, then blatantly attempted to recover the overcharge later by hiding the charge as homeowner late fees. Extremely dishonest behavior! They are unresponsive to board requests and make repeated errors in payments to vendors by both not paying at all or paying the same vendor for the same invoice multiple times. They attempted to charge our association for items that were months old or did not even occur in the first place. DO NOT USE Henderson / RealManage if you and your community association values a honest business relationship. UPDATE > Dec 21, 2023 - Two attempts to make contact with RealManage as they requested in their reply with zero response from RealManage. WHY AM I NOT SURPRISED? Any HOA considering RealManage Charlotte should look elsewhere if you value service and ethics. Any other HOAs that use RealManage, let's talk as I imagine that you are not being well served for the cost that you are bearing! UPDATE>Dec 27, 2023 - And now Henderson /RealManage botched our November energy bill payment causing a disconnect for our clubhouse and pool. Then they claimed no involvement while they were the sole reason for missing payment! Highly dishonest - especially the local management team.
