Wow! The way Sean answered the call was VERY unprofessional. He acted as if he didnt know why I was calling. Barely even let me get words out of my mouth. I was trying to inquire about home availability. Sean began to fuse. Just horrible HORRIBLE! Smh I couldnt believe it to the point I asked if I was calling the correct company. I dont know if he woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning, but he needs to go back to sleep. Hes giving Charlotte Investment Homes a bad name.

I am currently a renter. They are very prompt with the repairs that are requested and very open with any reasons a repair cannot be done. Amanda is a sweetheart. The owner is very assertive but he listens and tries to get all issues resolved with the owner. The maintenance crew is awesome and try to fix everything they can during their visit.

Very unprofessional and rude! Contact this company inquiring about a rental and the gentleman Monte or whomever handles leasing was very short and unprofessional. Called back to try and speak with someone else spoke to Matt he was also rude and unprofessional! This is unacceptable for a place of business. Especially if a potential client is calling in and asking questions about a property, why be rude? That's the nature of the business! I wasn't rude or anything just trying to get some information! I was also recommended by a colleague of mine but I was really misinformed because their level of service is unacceptable!
