Staples Print & Marketing Services

Though I was expecting to wait three days for my large print order, which was perfectly understandable considering the size, I was so surprised when I got an email the same day I placed my order that it was complete! The next morning when I picked up my order, the print shop employee was very kind and helpful. She not only had my order waiting for me neatly stacked in boxes, but she had taken the time to separate each quantity of my order in the stack, for my own convenience. This was the Staples on Providence Road in Charlotte, NC. Would highly recommend this Staples print service!

The reviews about Jose are spot on! He is Johnny on the spot: he greets everyone that comes through the door and makes sure to provide any assistance they need. We were in and out in no time with our passport photos.

This is the worst Staples place I ever been! I have a company and we ordered the proposals two or three times from them and we did it in store every time , first time all we need is a PDF file, the second time nothing else was needed, because everything was in the system! And I came in to ask to make another Asian lady told me that you have to do everything only online, thats a lie, and I asked her if she could please check in the system. She answered me that I make her life so hard because Ive asked that. I know she had it in the system. She showed me that she did not just because she felt like it! PEOPLE is reading this message, my advice, do not go to this place not worth it of your time or nerves! And I repeat worst place to come if I couldve put zero stars whoever they hire have no knowledge or desire to work!!!!

I called the Providence Rd., Staples to find out if they could print two copies of a document for me and spiral bind it. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone assured me they could do it, so I drove 20 minutes out of my way to have it done. When I got there, I was told they could not do it the same day, and they had no idea who I spoke to. There were no other customers, no other jobs to be done and they had two hours in which to print and bind two document. Extremely lazy and unprofessional. Would never recommend the store.

Went to Staples for a print and scan job. Had an employee by the name of Jose who assisted me with such, care, professionalism and enthusiasm. He showed me how to operate the machine and I became a printer/scanner pro in a matter of minutes lol. Would visit this location again whenever I'm in the area. Keep up the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE!!! Appreciate you guys!
