I’ve been Nina’s client for several years and trust her with my skin completely. Over the years, I have done hydro facials, dermaplaning, laser hair removal, Vivace RF microneedling and face massages with Nina. The results are excellent. My favorite treatment is Vivace. PPS offers great specials almost every month, which makes treatments and medical grade products more affordable. I highly recommend Nina as an experienced esthetician.

Great place if you’re choosing to get any type of cosmetics surgery or procedures! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and I could go on for days about Dr. Gear! He’s so patient and really makes you feel as if he’s known you for years. I got my tummy tuck on April 1st and am in love with my results. I was nervous at first and they assured me that everything I experienced was normal and my results are amazing! I would highly recommend Providence Plastic Surgery and Dr Gear. They respond to any questions and I’m almost 6 months post op!

Excellent experience from the beginning. I saw Nina at a different office and followed her. She is outstanding with her assessment, execution and communication about my needs and wants. I have felt well taken care of including a quick referral for Botox to “take away” my 11 between my brows! Also it is important to me to have many new procedures available.
