I have had over a dozen concert posters framed here over the years. The store has been going down hill and today was the bottom. I wont be back. There was only one person in framing. She was helping another customer who said he had multiple items he needed help with, and asked me to wait or shop around. It was clearly ok to her that I just wait. There was no one else in the store who could help. I left and came back about 30 minutes later. She was still helping the same customer and no on else was capable of helping. I ended up going to the store in University instead. Ill be surprised if the Park Road store is still in business a year from now. Its always vacant with crummy customer service.

SELF CHECK OUT LINES?! WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?! SO NOW THE CASHIERS AND CAMERAS WATCH US?! Did I go to Walmart or Michael's?! And the lady that was WATCHING us ring up our OWN ITEMS was RUDE! THIS IS ABSURD! WON'T BE BACK!
